Value - 4/5

Uwell sells this tank directly for $44.90 + shipping. I would expect to pay $55-60 in-store. With the feature set, the included flavor pins, and optional color configuration in drip tips, this tank is a great value proposition. The only reason I feel it is not a 5/5 is the overall price point is considered to compete in the premium tank category.

Appearance - 5/5

There is a lot of function to the design of this tank. First off, the flip-top cap design is an extremely convenient solution for filling. There may be some initial reservations because the flip-top hinge is small and appears to be susceptible to snapping back. But after a thorough amount of pressure, I am satisfied that this design can withstand daily use.

The Uwell Valyrian is available in 5 color options: Iridescent, Sapphire Blue, Stainless Steel, Black and Violet. To allow even more options they include a secondary drip tip with alternate color options as well as matching O-rings to complete the look. While the change is subtle, you can easily feel like you are getting a new device with a simple color swap or reconfigure your colors to match your mod. This is a great value add in the premium sub tank category.

Performance - 5/5

This device will perform extremely well on a wide variety of mods. Its coils are rated from 95 to 120W but we also tested it as low as 40W. Because of the 0.15 ohm coils, the device offered little resistance and generated above average cloud production for a sub tank. This tank is responsive and provides excellent flavor.

Experience - 5/5

The Valyrian is a simple yet powerful device. It's easy to fill with e-liquid, disassemble, and maintain. While limiting you to only a 0.15 ohm coil, Uwell is experimenting with center pins to help cool the vape before it is finally delivered. This is an interesting approach that combines the flavor and responsive advantages of low resistance with a tolerably warm vape.

Overall - 4.75/5

We would highly recommend this tank for personal use. Being that the Valyrian is only offered with 0.15ohm coils, the target market for this tank would be vape enthusiast who enjoys cloud production but is unwilling to compromise on flavor.
